When Eric DeBlasi and Mario Campiz first connected, they quickly realized they shared the same frustration with an industry where delays, shortcuts, and broken promises had become the norm. Before co-founding the company, Eric DeBlasi was widely regarded as a leading authority in the hospitality industry. Over the years, he owned and operated 39 hotels, nightclubs, and restaurants —building a reputation for vision, innovation, and operational excellence. Alongside his hospitality ventures, Eric built an impressive track record as a real estate developer, purchasing and developing more than 1,000 properties and earning recognition for his ability to transform and maximize value across diverse projects. Despite his success, Eric always had a dream of starting a construction company—a vision that became possible when he met Mario.

 

Mario Campiz, whose integrity and dedication set him apart from the start, became the ideal partner to bring that vision to life. With more than 12 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial concrete construction—and an in-depth knowledge of virtually every aspect of the building process—Mario brings both technical expertise and practical wisdom to every project. His meticulous approach to operations, eye for detail, and relentless work ethic ensure that each job is handled with precision and care. Together, Eric and Mario combine high level expertise with a hands-on approach, setting a new standard in residential and commercial construction.
